Your Shipping Packaging

Packages are typically shipped via DHL 3–5 days after receipt of payment, with order tracking available and delivery without a signature required.

Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage. The loading fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining multiple items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but fragile items are handled with special care.

The shipping boxes are generously sized, and your items are packed to ensure they are well protected.

We charge a flat shipping fee of 1.60 euros to 19.99 euros per order for deliveries within Germany.
For orders within EU countries, we charge 14.00 euros per order.
The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
Delivery is made by shipping the purchased item to the address provided by the buyer.
